While adults may compete at standard competitions, provided they have met the requirements for their desired events, most prefer to compete with other adults. There are adult competitions, or adult events at standard competitions, for every discipline, age, and skill level.

Adult friendly competitions can also be found on the USFSA Compete page by scrolling down to the Find a Competition section and entering Adult in the Programs field. If you are interested in competing, talk to your coach.
