The Adult Competition Series is a season-long series of events for beginning adult skaters (18 years and older). The series provides adult skaters with an opportunity to compete in a fun and supportive environment within the adult skating community. These events are open to skaters at the Adult 1 through Bronze levels. Skaters must compete in the free skate event in at least two Compete USA or nonqualifying competitions, one of which will be the nonqualifying event at their adult sectionals. Final series winners in each section are determined by a point system. Skaters receive points at each competition based on their placement and the number of competitors in their event. Those skaters who earned the most points are presented with an award at their adult sectional championship.
The series generally runs from May through February. For more information, you can check out the Adult Competition Series Handbook,
If you’re interested in participating, sign up here (requires USFSA login) by midnight on February 1 each year.
